On behalf of our client, a Swiss company from financial services, we are currently looking for a ChargebackSpecialist. The person on this position will have regular contact with merchants in different countries in order to analyze, rebuttal chargeback in accordance within the different regulations and submit proof of purchase, proof of delivery to reclaim the charged back amount.
Main responsibilities include sending out chargeback and retrieval requests to a merchant, managing deadlines and responses to avoid any financial losses, providing advice to customers and ensuring that they understand the process.
From an ideal candidate we expect several years of experience in the chargeback business, fluency in French or Italian, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and good communication skills. You also need to demonstrate problem solving, analytics and troubleshooting skills.
