For our Client, international and globally recognised company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for Candidates to hold the position of Central Service Coordinator.
Your new role
Holding the position of Central Service Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring KPI's and evaluate company performance, build dashboards using VBA, MS Excel Advanced and Access,
Build ETL process from relational database. You will be closely cooperating with Business team to help to understand numbers for non-tech people in order to grow company revenue, build ETL process from relational database.Write ad-hoc queries and reports. You will be administrating information in the SAP System. You will be also responsible for handling order processes and maintaining accurate customer data.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess at least 2 years of experience on analytics role, combined with great communication and excellent Data Analysis capability. You should also possess expertise in IT systems MS Office & SAP. Fluency in English is a must, additional language would be an advantage.
