For our Client, international and globally recognized company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for Candidates to hold the position of Central Service Coordinator.
Your new role
Holding the position of Central Service Coordinator you will be responsible for assuring the efficient and consistent service over all occurring administrative tasks in the Customer Care Center department. You will be administrating information in the SAP System, archiving contracts and documentation, and creating credit notes, invoices, and creating accounts in cooperation with Regional teams. You role will also include handling of office organization and offering and updating reports for all relevant departments on a regular basis. You will be also responsible for handling order processes and maintaining accurate customer data.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess at least 2 years of experience on administrative role, combined with great communication and organizational skills. You should also possess expertise in IT systems MS Office & SAP. Fluency in English is a must, additional language would be an advantage.
