CEE Supply Manager - Retail Company
For our client, an international organization with a well-recognized brand and strong global presence, we are currently looking to recruit a Supply Manager.
Based in Warsaw, the best candidate will be a part of regional (CEE) matrix organization, and will be challenged with developing an integrated supply chain from vendor to customer, aiming to deliver the best service and maximum cost efficiency. The Supply Manager will manage a team of 4-6.

Description
You will report to Head of Sourcing Supply and your responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of the Company's agenda both internally, and externally - with the suppliers
- Further the role will be the primary conduit for strategic and tactical supply chain development of vendors
- Be responsible for setting and executing consistent performance framework for the flow and delivery of goods, in order to make sure the business objectives are met
- Ensuring optimum capability of vendors' supply chains, so that they're capable to accurately support the flow of goods
- Influencing the senior stakeholders within the regional sourcing offices to raise awareness, build support for and incorporate supply chain considerations in both their immediate and long term negotiations with all vendors
- Assure proper information flow and risk visibility at every stage to all parties internally, including senior executives
- Building and maintaining good relations with a number of stakeholders including sales, quality, sourcing functions as well as vendors' senior management
- Provide line management, coaching and development to a subject team of supply analysts
Profile
- University degree in Business, Logistics, or other relevant
- At least 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations in an international setting
- At least 3 years of experience in leading teams in supply chain environment
- Experience working in matrix structures; proven ability to engage x-functionally
- Proven experience in managing vendor performance is strongly preferred
- Commercial approach, analytic mind with service and relations orientation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent deliverables
- Excellent spoken and written Polish and English are required
- Ability to travel up to 15% per annum (in Poland and abroad)
