CEE Payroll Coordinator (Shared Service Center)
Dedicated CEE Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for delivery of payroll across few CEE countries. Employee will manage a medium size Team and deliver payroll services in-house system and/or with payroll outsourcer in respective countries.

Description
- Review processes & procedures to identify efficiency, ensuring that processes are implemented across all team
- Act as an escalation point to resolve all payroll issues and queries
- Take responsibility and be the primary point of contact for internal and external payroll audits, vendor management and risk
- Drive continuous improvement of payrolls across the CEE
- Provide advice and guidance to company stakeholders, managers and team members on payroll & benefits regarding processes and KPI/ SLA metrics
- Take responsibility for the ongoing performance management
- Prepare all necessary reports relating to payroll and deliver scheduled reporting to the business
- Provide a payroll timetable for CEE markets
- Provide operational cover for the team during absence
- Ensure all payrolls are approved by external payroll provider before payments are released
- Act as subject matter expert for internal & external audit and matters related to payroll and benefits management
- Provide training and guidance to team
Profile
- Min. 8 years of payroll experience overall (with min. 3 years as a Manager/ Coordinator)
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- Great management skills (preferably in multilingual team) gained at typical Shared Service Center or BPO environment.
- High level of communication
- Experience in establishing new ways of working and standardising the processes and procedures
- Pro-active and keen on taking the challenges
- Experience in project management
- Great knowledge of local payroll laws and benefits standards
