CEE Health & Safety ManagerMiejsce pracy: Opole
Responsibilities:
Creation and implementation of a health and safety strategy for the Group's plants in Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia)
Supporting the Management Board in creating and developing the safety culture
Active change management and support for the development of the Health and Safety Team
Development of the safety management system and ensuring the maintenance of a high standard of the system and reporting methods
Building long-term cooperation with the Health and Safety Team at the European level and sharing experiences in order to implement activities to further improve security
Ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations and advice on taking appropriate action
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in creating and implementing health and safety strategies in a production environment
Degree in the area of health and safety
Knowledge of legal regulations in the area of health and safety
Professional fluency English
High interpersonal skills, in particular team management, facilitation and team development
Driving licence and mobility
