For our Client, the distributor, who is cooperating with one of the biggest retail clients on the Polish market, currently we are looking for Category Manager – TOYS category.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for conducting market research and identifies new opportunities for expeditious development of category, creating and implements a long term category strategy, moreover defining and delivers category plans that meet agreed corporate financial targets.
The Category Manager will execute trading strategies based on client insights, develop and create new assortment for private label collection, which meet client and consumer needs. As a part of the daily tasks will be leading negotiations with Chinese suppliers to increased sales and profitability and supporting the sources of supply by identifying and qualifying new vendors, new factories and new product opportunities. Furthermore, supervising the category supply chain process.
We are looking for Candidates with working experience in similar position and experience in management of toys assortment. Moreover, experience in cooperation with Chinese suppliers and communicative/ fluent English (B2) is a must.
