For our Client, an International FMCG company we are looking for:
Category Manager Facility Services& Management- EuropeMiejsce pracy: Poznań
Tasks:
- Strategy definition in the Facility Services and Facility Management Category in the region of Europe,
- Covering demands for infrastructural FM (e.g. cleaning, reception & security services, gardening, catering, furniture, moving) and technical FM (e.g. building, HVAC, MEP, sanitary maintenance),
- Contract handling and negotiation for the full category spend against the overall target to maximize the Procurement value contribution (e.g. project timeline, return on investment, cost development, supply security, improved services, innovation),
- Drive supplier relationship management within the category, innovative solutions and are eager to contribute to the further development of Procurement.
Requirements:
- Fluent German and Very Good English required,
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration / Facility Management /Engineering / Construction,
- Several years of proven track record in Procurement with strategic and categorymanagement challenges to structure and optimize high volume investments with projectcharacter,
- Facility Management & Services experience and know how in developing procurementstrategies in foreign markets,
- Relevant professional experience and knowledge in technical Facility Management,infrastructural Facility Services with sufficient technical understanding required
- Functional leadership and project management experience advantageous,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/ P2P-processes.
