Category buyer (Direct)
Experienced category buyer would be responsible for development of procurement categories in terms of sourcing strategy.

Description
- Developing of procurement categories in terms of sourcing strategy
- Aligning category strategic plan to the Company's budget
- Managing sourcing execution and sourcing strategy implementation
- Actively participating in both internal and external analysis (industry & supplier) in close collaboration with production, finance, product management and supply chain.
- Leading in supplier selection and fact based negotiations
- Acting as a single point of contact for the business, assuring business requirements are met. Defining improvement actions related to the existing supplier base in terms of cost optimisation, KPI implementation & follow up, etc.
- Active involvement in category management and sourcing
Profile
- Master in Engineering or Commercial Engineering, Economics proven qualification via experience and/or extra education
- 2-3 years experience of Procurement and/or Sourcing
- ERP systems knowledge
- Technology or Automotive industry background preferred
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Polish and English in both reporting and talking
- Initiative, self-motivating, goal oriented
- Team player and connecting person
- Willingness to travel : 20-30%
