Cash Collection Specialist
Location: Skawina, k. KrakówMain responsibilities:
- Collection of payments from customers;
- Make collection calls, communicate via e-mail;
- Monitor customer account details for any non payments or delayed;
- Investigate and resolve customer queries;
- Prepare and maintain overdue and aging reports;
- Perform other related duties if required.
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience on a similar position;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Very good Excel;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and time pressure;
- Communicative skills;
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset.
