Cash Collection Specialist with German or French

For our client from the outsourcing industry in the field of accounting, we are looking for a new AR team for the position: Cash Collection Specialist with German or French. The person in this position will be responsible for: identification and collection of receivables and overdue fees, contact with foreign clients in German or French by e-mail and telephone, creating accounting reports from the AR area.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who:
- Knowledge of German or French in speech and writing - level of min. C1
- Knowledge of English in speech and writing - level min. B1 / B2
- Higher education (preferred courses: finance and accounting)
- Experience in the area of accounting, AR, cash collection, customer service with German - will be an asset
- Knowledge of the MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Accuracy and reliability in performed activities
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
