For our client, a leader in the Logistics Real Estate industry located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a Capital Markets Senior Specialist / Manager.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include working with investors and shareholders on closing projects from the equity side, maintaining good relations with equity providers, taking care of assets sale processes (project’s due diligence, documentation, post-closing, etc.), reviewing and managing various documents locally and with shareholders, as well as reviewing lease agreements. You will work closely with Development Managers on new leases and ongoing projects, and you will handle the communication with JV partners. This role requires close cooperation with the CFO and Head of Capital Markets with regards to equity and taxes relating to equity needs, maintaining a chain of communication relating to ownership changes and asset transfers, reviewing proforma prepared by the DM, as well as preparing the project-related analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Real Estate industry, with an excellent command of English (at least C1 level).
