Campaign Delivery Specialist

• Coordinating the setup, delivery and broadcast of all interactive campaigns.
• Support on all aspects of the survey creation software.

The role is dedicated to:

• Coordinating all aspects of the client orders and campaigns
• Data extraction and data manipulation pre and post campaign
• Provide consultancy on creative build, message enhancement and enforcement of Direct Marketing Association legislation of digital marketing
• Maintain Campaign Planning Schedule
• Process any complaints or reply's to campaigns
• Question importing from excel and data input to survey admin software
• Software testing and reporting for survey platform and email broadcast software
• Liaising with clients and sales teams via email regarding campaign amendments.
• Basic coding on survey software

The candidate preferred skills:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliable and responsible
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• A good team player
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• PC literate and a demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Educated to graduate level
• Ability to work on own initiative
• A desire to improve software

Mile widziane

• Coding knowledge is not mandatory; however knowledge of the following will be taken into account:

1. VB.net
2. ASP.Net
3. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (ability to write stored procedures and Transact SQL)
4. XML, / XPath / XSL

• Knowledge of online marketing (educational or employment based)
• Experience working within a Sales Support or comparable environment

Level:

If you have any professional experience already, this is definitively a plus, however we are open to consider well rated students even if they don't have job experience and/or extraordinary grades.
