HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Call-Back and Referrals (French Speaker)

 

The jobholder needs to process dematerialized payments instructions in a workflow tool and assure that the process is followed and that procedure is in place and complied.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 Calling back customers from France when required to annihilate any fraud attempt,

 Analyzing referral cases identified upstream in the process and clearing them by calling the customer,

 Working on multiple systems,

 Identifying and escalating potential blocking points to Team Leader,

 Delivering high quality client services,

 Working effectively in a team environment.

 

Requirements:

 Fluent French language skills,

 Good English,

 Higher education,

 Customer driven approach,

 Good analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications,

 Very good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills,

 Ability to work within international environment,

 Ability to work under time and stress pressure,

 Experience in banking or back office operations with product knowledge covering payments will be an advantage.
