HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Call-Back and Referrals (French Speaker)
The jobholder needs to process dematerialized payments instructions in a workflow tool and assure that the process is followed and that procedure is in place and complied.
Key Accountabilities:
Calling back customers from France when required to annihilate any fraud attempt,
Analyzing referral cases identified upstream in the process and clearing them by calling the customer,
Working on multiple systems,
Identifying and escalating potential blocking points to Team Leader,
Delivering high quality client services,
Working effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
Fluent French language skills,
Good English,
Higher education,
Customer driven approach,
Good analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications,
Very good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills,
Ability to work within international environment,
Ability to work under time and stress pressure,
Experience in banking or back office operations with product knowledge covering payments will be an advantage.
