Our client is a leading global provider of product life cycle management (PLM) and manufacturing operations management software. The company plans to create a new office and department responsible for supporting PLM applications- lots of new challenges, trainings and growth possibilities!
At the position you will be responsible for handling various production issues- analysis/ troubleshooting/ debugging. Your responsibilities will include managing ticket priority, everyday contact with clients to understand their needs, clarify situation, gather additional requirements. Your everyday life will be also analyzing performance issues, functional support for modeling, drafting and assembly structure.
You will be also responsible for building effective long-term relation with customers with the aim of being seen as a trusted support personnel to customers and colleagues.
To be successful in this role you need to have fluent English (C1) and German (at least B2) language skills and previous CAD application administrative knowledge.
