C2C Accountant with French

Responsibilities:
Gather billing information along with backup from fee earners;
Liaise with fee earners to create and distribute client invoices and credit notes;
Create, maintain and close project codes required for billing on a timely basis, tracking and managing all workflow through the central mailbox;
Upload revenue and cost accruals, deferred revenue, provision for doubtful debt and reclassification of transactions;
Cash application to sales invoices and chashbook update;
Preparation and distribution of Debt Report and unallocated cash report;
Perform month end checks and reconciliation of AR and BI to GL;
Review coding and correctness of expense reports and AP invoices;
Support ad hoc requests for analysis from the Manager;
Support maintenance of keeping process documentation up to date;
Requirements:
Good interpersonal skills;
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail;
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients;
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook), intermediate excel skills are required as a minimum;
Highly numerate;
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
French at B2 level;
Experience in use of accounting systems, processes and controls. Experience of PeopleSoft financials an advantage;
Good communication skills, both verbal and written incl. remote stakeholders;
Report and data production, both standard and ad hoc;
Highly organised and structured to ensure activities are prioritised to meet critical deadlines every month
