Job Description:
- Participate with other firmware team members in ongoing definition/improvement of HDD features
- Design/implement specific features, or specific components of larger features
- Debug/validate functionality and performance of features/components
- Create, track, and close bugs in bug tracking tool
- Provide verbal and written status to management
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years developing C/C++ software, preferably embedded firmware
- Proficient in C/C++ programming and Object Oriented concepts
- Proficiency with embedded firmware debug tools and techniques (emulators, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, etc.) would be an advantage
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of English both written and oral is required
Nice to have:
- Experience with a leading unit testing frameworks, and ability to write effective unit and integration tests
- Experience with security and encryption
