Responsibilities:
- Manage supply base with respect to their ability to provide products and services in accordance with the organization’s business requirements, policies, cost parameters, terms and agreements,
- Prepare, raise and manage purchase orders and order schedules,
- Ensure all purchase requests are closed out in line with the operational demand,
- Identify and implement MRO lean savings projects through supply chain and operations involvement; lead cross functional teams as necessary to realise lean savings,
- Support the resolution of critical supply chain issues and maintain supplier relationships,
- Lead projects as defined by leadership,
- Maintain and support collection commercial documents as needed,
- Support global implementation of e-procurement tools (Coupa, auctions, catalogs, etc).
Education and Qualifications:
- Strong with Microsoft Excel,
- SAP ERP knowledge pulls you ahead,
- Speaking multiple languages is must at communicative level (both German and English),
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
