Buyer/Senior Buyer IT Infrastructure

Accountabilities:
- supporting local contracts negotiations with global IT vendors in various countries,
- executing contract operationalization in SAP Ariba,
- ensuring business continuity through securing on-time delivery of goods & services,
- working closely with legal, tax and finance experts to ensure compliance with Shell procedures and law regulations,
- partnering with internal and external global stakeholders to ensure proper contract execution,
- staying compliant with Contracting & Procurement guidelines and principles,
- following category strategy
Requirements:
- minimum 2 years of experience in contracting and procurement (minimum of 4 years in case of Senior Buyer),
- experience in IT Procurement will be an advantage,
- ability to influence stakeholders at low to medium seniority levels,
- very strong communication skills,
- English C1,
- ability to work on contract redlines,
- good negotiation skills,
- team player with the ability to build relationships effectively,
- strong analytical skills,
- attention to details including understanding of Contract Law and contract execution,
- organized and able to prioritise tasks,
- advanced knowledge of MS Office with main focus on MS Word and MS Excel,
- experience in SAP Ariba will be an advantage.
