Client Details

Our Client is a reputable international company one of the worldwide leaders in its sector of operations. Currently levering the support for US teams. This position will be responsible for internal clients support and will combine the applications support function with client handling role. The successful candidate will be a contact point for US teams supporting them in they operations and partnering with resolving technical issues.

Description

  • Support business customers with business process recommendations and systems usage.
  • Responsible for level 1 support of the entire Application Portfolio. Able to resolve basic technical and training issues directly with little supervision.
  • Ensure that systems are available and functioning as expected.
  • Interface with other divisions and/or vendors to support existing applications, new applications, products and tools.
  • Support project planning throughout the duration of initiatives.
  • Provide timely status on all activities for team, including clear identification of all risk and issues affecting scope of work.
  • Prepares supporting documentation and application user guides where applicable.
  • Position will be a part of a global team providing support in the American time zone.

Profile

  • Fluent business English.
  • Excellent client/user interaction skills.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Exceptional client handling skills - able to work with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business-oriented solutions, across a portfolio of projects.
  • General understanding of the IT support model and software development lifecycle and release planning.
  • Project management skills including familiarity with project scheduling and tracking documents.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
