We are looking for an experienced manager able to lead Warsaw Business Unit dedicated to Banking sector
- Manage team of account managers, pre sales and project teams
- Understand customers problems & create solutions in response
- Build trust and relations on all levels of customers organization
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as sales manager OR analyst / consultant / PM in IT, business services and projects delivery organization; final customers or system integrators
- Fluent English proficiency
- Wide knowledge about banking sector (business processes). Knows many C-level & High level directors from banks both in IT and business departments (sales & marketing, finance, back-office, operations, HR), procurement. Ability to build trust and relations on all levels of customer’s organization
- Wide knowledge about IT services market: competition, SWOT of each vendor
- Ability to manage subordinates (mix of direct line subordinates + functional subordinates; workers from delivery / resource centers & Sii Competency Centers)
- Ability to sell high-level consulting services & Win big few M PLN deals
- Ability to promote, win and deliver whole spectrum of Sii services among customers (i.e. staffing ; but also & above all project & system integration, managed services…)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to setup positive cooperation with Sii team members
- Able to recruit top level subordinate team; build close contact / partnership / open-minded relation with them; closely monitor subordinates KPI help them to perform and win
- Vision how to win in this vertical / industry, building close partnership with some software vendors (like Microsoft, IBM & many others; including niche international vendor’s specialists in banking solutions)
- Own team & P&L responsibilities with decision power, a lot of independence
- Permanent job contract (fix + bonuses depending on business results)
- Complete set of supporting organization & tools (marketing, internal IT tools, recruitment, office, PMO, resource pools, practices, office management, legal services…)
