- Define implementation strategy of Transformation project at Company level
- Lead implementation of Transformation projects at Headquarters
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Results oriented (pragmatic approach)
- Communication skills & emotional intelligence to manage multiple senior internal stakeholders
- Autonomy (self-motivation) & fast in execution
- Agility to shift from strategic vision to operational delivery
- Project management skills

Role Description
You will be part of a team of 10 people who are dedicated to key transformation projects in this company and you will be assigned to some projects on WBU, Regions or Functions depending on the strategic business needs.Responsibilities
- Co -lead design of new business models (org lead design of new business models, ways of working/governance & process..) with WBUs, Regions & Functions- Define implementation strategy of Transformation project at Company level
- Lead implementation of Transformation projects at Headquarters
Requirements
- Background in transformation (change management & organization design)- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Results oriented (pragmatic approach)
- Communication skills & emotional intelligence to manage multiple senior internal stakeholders
- Autonomy (self-motivation) & fast in execution
- Agility to shift from strategic vision to operational delivery
- Project management skills
