Business Systems AnalystMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
The Business Systems Analyst will proactively manage the day to day support and evolution of existing solutions of Medical & Pharma division (CRM, Digital, Care-line), participate in projects for the development of new solutions and processes in order to ensure an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of businesses in North & Central Europe, taking into account:
- Customer service excellence
- Application management
- Project and portfolio management
- Governance processes
Responsibilities
- Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness taking into account business requirements,
- Effective functional user support based on internal SLA and KPIs,
- Participate in projects / lead projects closely co-operating with business,
- Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications, ensure application documentation and users ownership,
- Contribute to the development of and aligning with the corporate standards,
- Participate in supplier negotiation, measure and improve suppliers' performance,
- Work directly with the hosting partner in order to manage and support our web hosting platform.
Ideal candidate
- Experience in the job position related to Customer Relationship Management and (or) Sales Force Automation, Care-line i.e. IMS Cegedim, Saleforce, Veeva,
- Experience with systems for Medical / Pharma companies will be an asset,
- Well-developed skills of communication, team-working and self-organization,
- Openness for new ideas and creativity,
- Experience in international environment,
- English skills both in written and oral at advanced level.
