
Business Project Manager with Lean methodologyMiejsce pracy: Wrocław
Duties:
- Working across the organization in order to create/ lead effectiveness improvement based on agreed engagement
- Monitoring progress during projects and continually updating project plan as needed
- Operationalizing the Lean methodology, practices and thinking to maximise benefit to the business
- Supporting and further developing Lean trainings
- Keeping up to date with local and national business
- Managing projects and implementing improvements
We exepct:
- Min. 4 years experience in developing & implementing a business system
- Experience in Collection / Finance / Banking industry
- Practical knowledge of Lean methodology is a must!
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Business Process Management
- Strong interaction with the business
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
