Business/Project Analyst

Lokalizacja: Poznań

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management - provide Subject Matter Expert input to projects and alignment with long term strategy
  • Deep understanding of stakeholders and business requirements: business objectives needed to provide desired solution, complex issues and identify opportunities and risk, compliance with established policies, consistency of functional and business requirements
  • Provide input into the requirement
  • Analyzing business cases incl. stakeholders’ risk and return
  • Recommend alternative solutions and identify deficiencies when necessary
  • Support the consistency with global processes and application use
  • Delivering enhancements to the finance operations and reporting
  • Continuously work to improve existing ways of working
  • Build tools, reports, dataflow diagrams, flowcharts as required
  • Create technical specifications & work instructions
  • Lead testing preparation
  • Organizing and leading stakeholders meetings to collect requirements and feedback
  • Provide training
  • Support Global & Regional Finance Leadership
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needs arise

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role and environment (Business/Project Analyst desirable) or/and experience in supporting management and leadership by providing insight, analysis and financial results for review
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 level is a must)
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs - Excel, Access & PowerPoint
  • Education: University degree, preferably in finance/accounting or business administration 
  • Excellent communication with various level of authority
  • Excellent skills in solving problems, making decisions, and resolving conflicts
  • Holistic & analytical way of thinking (excellent analytical thinking)
  • Good understanding of contractual and commercial aspects as well as process and internal control systems
  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
  • Strong process focus and drive for results
  • Ability to work and stay focused under pressure, manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries
