Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance HUB located in Krakow on a position of:
Business Process Design Lead Procurement
- Design lead responsible to deliver best-in-class, best practice business solution (global template) which is meeting all requirements of the Enable design principles in terms of scalability and service ambition to all current and future customers
- Responsible to ensure solution is designed to support Enable business case and its benefit realization
- Collaborates closely with other design leads to ensure Enable solution is One, Integrated, Interconnected and standartized cross-functional global engine supporting strategic goals of HAVI Logistics
- Responsible to validate and ensure that delivered (built or configurated) solution meets both business and functional requirements
- Through close partnership with country operational leads and team members, business process design lead drives solution deployment and acceptance in country organization (concept socialization, fit-gap and local adoption) in the pre go-live and post go-live period
- Business process design lead has a key leadership role within the program and is responsible for the overall project health of his work-stream.
- Acts as the representative of Enable and Enable future operational practice to other critical initiatives in the organization such as Ops Hub, Finance Centers, HAVI Core, HAVI Connect
Skills & Experience:
- Profound insight and knowledge of the logistic/operational business and processes
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to have a future oriented view
- Strong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills
- Able to work under (periodic) intense time pressure to meet required deadlines
- Able to work pleasantly and respectfully with others across different levels, functions and cultures
- Proactively shares knowledge and information across organization
- Acts with transparency and high-degree of collaboration with other teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage details and priorities as well as understanding of the ‘bigger’ picture
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communicator
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Conflict resolution experience
- Adaptability
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an operational role and management position in operational environment of a large organization
- Proven track record in business process management, design and solution
- Experienced in project management
- Strong technology acumen
- Experience working in program organization
