Active participation and ownership of budget preparation process and control of its realization,
conducting projects connected with capacity utilization and productivity improvements,
fixed cost optimization (OPEX),
product costing preparing and monitoring pre and post calculation of products,
GM analysis active search for deviations and improvements,
active support for FD in monitoring and analysis of monthly deviations from the budget and forecast,
monitoring and analysis of Working Capital,
supporting the Managing Director and Financial Director in the scope of supervision over the internal control system together with the preparation of new system standards and procedures,
carrying out the calculation of standard production costs together with the analysis of deviations of current costs from these standards.,
control of investment expenditures,
searching for potential improvements areas in the whole supply chain.
At least 5 years experience a controlling specialist in a production company or in an audit company,
knowledge of English min. B2,
nice to have: MBA, ACCA or CIMA,
university degree in economics,
ability to initiate and implement changes,
knowledge of business development projects,
knowledge of risk evaluation and business analysis.
