The CEE Business Planning Management (BPM) group, as part of the CEE Business & Sales Operations (BSO), is the business center of excellence for Business & Marketing Planning that cut across multiple Segments and Business Groups. BPM is leading the governance on Commercial Execution Planning (including marketing planning) and Marketing spent management, as well as the governance on internal business performance discussions: Rhythm of Connections (ROC) and Scorecard (KPIs) processes to support strategic growth and execution towards joint business plans.
The Business Planning Program Support within CEE BPM team has the role to ensure operational roll-out in our region of main processes related to Rhythm of Connections (through management of central resources) and Scorecard KPIs (target cascade/ forecast assessment). The role is responsible as well to provide regular analysis on Scorecard KPIs and support with quarterly engagements with CORP teams on Scorecard adjustments and escalations based on process rules.
The position will also involve constant communication and collaboration across Sales/ Subregions/ Product Business Groups, as well as engagement with BSO Sales Operations & Reporting teams to ensure full alignment on ROC and Scorecard.

- Enable communication and cross-organization collaboration between CEE Area Teams and CEE Subregions on ROC and Scorecard topics;
- Support Area BPM for Area ROC preparation (data validations/ updates, content proof reading)
- Support CEE BPM Community on preparation of GM business performance calls (landing clear guidelines and assist on reporting used)
- Management of central resources in BPM team that support ROC roll-out (central aliases and calendars, central Teams/ Sharepoint/ Planner)
- Centralize and summarize the SubRegion feedback on Area ROC, support Area BPM on driving corrective actions based on Field feedback.
- Drive collaboration with CORP team on Scorecard topics: active engagement on getting the proper clarity and information needed to roll out CORP processes in our region, gain deep understanding of internal rules and definitions.
- Operational roll-out of Scorecard processes in our region: active engagement with metric owners, focus on cross team alignment and outcome delivery by the deadline.
- Become the subject matter expert on Scorecard analytics, work with Area Reporting Team to meet any reporting requirements; provide monthly analysis of the Scorecard performance to Area BPM.
- Education Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
- 2/ 3 years of practical experience in business operations, data/marketing analytics or finance in a multi-national (Sales Excellence, Business Planning Manager, BM, Reporting and Analytics, Finance)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Advanced level of expertise using Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints, independently.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities
