For our Client, a multinational production company from automotive industry located in Åšwidnica, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as a Business Planner.
Reporting directly to Plant Manager, the person on this position will be mainly accountable for conducting and implementing all new projects in the company. On the daily basis, he/she should prepare work schedules, project documentation and stay in constant contact with clients for engineering change. What is more, cooperating with Program Manager, that person would be responsible for change management process, defining and coordinating project requirements, resources, budget and time. Moreover, the Business Planner will be also expected to coordinate prototype building.
To be successful in this role you should have at least 3 years of experience on a similar position and a Master Degree or equivalent level of qualification in Mechanical Engineering. A good candidate would have a wide expertise in conducting automotive projects and excellent managerial skills. A very good command of English is also essential on that post. Our Client is seeking a person who is passionate about his/her job and possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills combined with developed capability to work effectively with others.
