The Business Performance Analyst supports the Head of Office GSS to run, track, and follow-up on select GSS strategic initiatives and daily running operations. This role will facilitate a holistic oversight of GSS KPIs and budget performance, analyze deviations, and present data for decision base. Lastly, this role looks at the relevant management processes within GSS and contributes to its continuous improvement.

Your new role
The Business Performance Analyst supports the Head of Office GSS to run, track, and follow-up on select GSS strategic initiatives and daily running operations. Lastly, this role looks at the relevant management processes within GSS and contributes to its continuous improvement.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Ensure management processes and governance are in placed in GSS
- GSS KPIs are tracked, and deviations identified for course corrections
- In collaboration with GSS SLT and business finance partner, ensure that actions/ decisions relating to IT spend deviations are recorded and followed-up consistently
- Proactive oversight on IT governance and ensure meeting preparations are done and minutes are recorded
- Achieve success on projects owned
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong financial background with 3-5 years of experience in IT/project cost controlling
- Strong project & process management background as well as commercial mindset
- Proven experience working with analysis and data, strong ability to gauge complex information on numerous activities and structure it for decision base. Sees data as an important element for fact-based dialogues and actions
- Self-motivated with a high drive ; takes accountability to drive the effort needed to improve our management processes.
- Enterprising and thrive in an environment of structured chaos.
- Possess and demonstrates empathy, personal tact, cultural understanding, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Experience working in a global company
- Advanced excel and PPT skills
