We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the Asset Management CDIO function and the business performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. Our team operates globally with a workforce of around 600+ resources.

Your role :

We’re looking for a business manager to:
- understand the priorities and strategic goals of the CDIO AM
- align the workforce and location strategy to the strategic goals
- manage the CDIO workforce plan end to end
- support CDIO AM restructuring initiatives and instigating change initiatives that will drive the business forward
- work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units (such as HR, CDIO workforce planning team, vendors)
- oversee all recruiting activities and support the organization where necessary
Your team :
You’ll be working in the CDIO AM business management team in Switzerland. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the Asset Management CDIO function and the business performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. Our team operates globally with a workforce of around 600+ resources.
You have:
- a university degree
- ideally 3 years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise– the ability to lead others as part of a team structure
- a strategic mind-set
- ability to influence decisions & individuals
- ability to interpret and draw conclusions from complex management and financial data
- The capacity to deliver high quality information and output at all times. Hands-on and adaptable
You are:
- an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills
- incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off)
- honest, reliable and a strong relationship builder
- interested in a broad range of topics within the financial services industry
- able to consistently demonstrate integrity, active collaboration and constructive challenge and to work under pressure during peak time
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- fluent in English
