Business Intelligence Analyst
Lokalizacja: CracowOur Client is a multinational corporation technology company with more than 71.000 employees worldwide. It is the largest company in the world which designs, manufactures and sells networking equipment.
Due to the team growth, our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to join the Cracow team as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
We are looking for professionals who will be able to combine their great technical expertise with knowledge of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Business Intelligence activities related to the Cloud Services organization. These include: Tableau dashboard development, SQL development, Hive/Apache Spark development, and ETLs
- Apply business rules to Apache Spark/Hive/Oracle to build data sources that can be used to answer business questions
- Prepare datasets in Hadoop and Oracle for consumption by Tableau for Visualization
- Build Tableau visualizations
- Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Write Sqoop jobs to transfer data between Hadoop and relational databases and vice versa
Requirements:
- Advanced Tableau skills
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, mysql, Hive)
- Experience working with Hive via CLI
- Experience working with Apache Spark via CLI (pyspark or scala)
- Experience writing Sqoop jobs
- English fluency
- Work hour flexibility. The wiliness to start the work day later and work in the evening up to 2-3x per week to accommodate conference calls with the United States
Additional Requirements (Nice to have):
- Experience working with Cisco TAC data
- Knowledge of the C3_BL data structure
