For one of our clients, we are currently looking for Business Excellence Manager
Location: Poznan
Responsibilities:
- Consult global business leaders in the area of business strategy and operations
- Run diagnostic reviews identifying improvement potential among business functions as well as successful execution of proposed improvements
- Work with global business leaders and lead projects covering following topics: market share, cost reduction, customer experience and risk mitigation
- Cooperate closely with the key business leaders to develop and strengthen relationships and embed continuous improvement culture
- Coach and mentor identified leaders to develop problem solving competencies within the business
Requirements:
- Master Degree
- 10 - 15 years of professional work experience.
- Experience in business process consultancy, process & organization reengineering
- Preferred experience with one of the premier management consulting firms (Big 4)
- Preferred certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- A client-focused attitude, excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with business partners and senior management
- High initiative and enthusiasm to drive improvements and quality culture
- Solid change management skills
- Excellent English language skills
