THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.

For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical development company, I am currently looking for a Business Development Specialist.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the improvement of the companies financials growth and with that to develop a companies market position.. You will gain advanced expertise in the services that the company provides. During your desk-research you will develop strong knowledge of the market and potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Business Development Manager defines long-term organizational strategic goals.
- Actively developing Relationships with key clients.
- Negotiating and closing business deals.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Closely collaborate with (technical) staff and colleagues to meet Client needs.
- Attend & Lead social effents for example conferences

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Bio - Technology, Chemistry or Business Administration
- A mininum of 5 years within Business Development and strong knowledge of CRO's.
- Persuasive attitude, an internal motivation for Sales.
- Travel up to travel 50%
- Excellent Knowledge of English
- Able to identify Customer Needs.
- Ability to efficiently organise social events.
