Your main responsibilities would be:
Sales Tasks: Active customer acquisition. Researching the needs, preparing offers, conducting consulting sales. Offering and conducting commercial negotiations. Building and developing positive and long-term business relationships.
Project Management Tasks: ● End to end responsibility of the entire B2B training cycles: ● Coordinate preparation of business proposals ● Manage tender documentation ● Work together with the marketing team on marketing materials to be submitted to / provided for B2B business partners ● Coordinate recruitment process of possible trainers ● Keep contact with the trainer pool ● Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success ● Set up and continuously refine follow up system for corporate trainings ● Document training portfolio and conducted events ● Design the timetable and spatial logistics of the different corporate trainings ● Take part in market events aimed at marketing corporate trainings ● Collaborate with partners at sales and marketing on issues related to corporate training
What you'll need to succeed
● Have successful track record as a sales person in the field of IT, new technologies, recruitment or from another service oriented area, good connections, network to start-ups /mid-size/large companies in Poland (e.g. with HR / IT decision makers ) ● Have experience in learning and development / trainings in the IT industry (huge advantage if you have experience working at a training company) ● You must be good at dealing with people and possess several-year experience in the field ● You must feel comfortable working with clients, and CEOs / hiring managers from mid-sized or bi, multinational companies ● You have excellent soft skills and the ability to teach them to others ● Have excellent project management skills ● Have ability to work independently and confidently on the required fields ● Business mindset ● Ability to handle multiple priorities ● General mindset to make things better and faster ● Fluent English is a must
