Our client is an international company operating in the building materials / construction industry.
We are currently looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager, future Country Manager.
Being a part of well-established organisation your main task will concentrate on developing new Division of the company. Development of the direct sales as well as distribution network will be the key to success.
Description
- Responsible for developing new division in Poland (infrastructural projects, commercial buildings, telecommunication).
- Researching new market niches: industry applications, power plants, water treatment.
- Market evaluation, development of relation with new distributors as well as investors and general contractors.
- Representing company at branch events, fairs and conferences.
- Responsibility for building relationships and handling of key customers /accounts.
- Budget preparation, responsible for prices, margin.
- Active sales of products and solutions in order to increase market shares by carving out clear customer benefits.
Profile

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the building materials / construction sector - pipes, fittings, valves, municipal castings.
- College degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- Very good command of English.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
- Very good organisational skills, as the position is independent (home based).
- Willingness to travel.
