THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.
For one of our Clients, An international Pharma company, I am currently looking for a Business Development Manager.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible to improve the market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organisational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategy development & Actively building territory
• Acquisition & maintaining of (new) customer relationships.
• Develop a strong cross - functional Collaboration.
• Facilitate the transition of new studies from sales to the operations teams, ensuring that customer preferences and requests are communicated
• Attend and contribute to sales and project meetings
REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s degree in Life-Sciences or equivalent.
• Professional track record in Business Development
• Minimum 6 years sales experience in total with demonstrated sales success.
• Thorough understanding of the clinical development process.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-functional team environment.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
