Business Development Manager (Q-commerce, urban application)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Poland Expansion team in Warsaw.

Our Client is an international start-up operating in Europe, South & Central America, and Africa. The company aspires to be a multi-category lifestyle app with all urban services available easily through its smartphone application.
Description
- Launching new cities and driving them to success
- Responsible for implementation end to end
- Building and managing a team
- Identify and sign local partnership, responsible for the onboarding of local couriers
- Work together with the Head of Development and other heads to define and execute operations, sales, and growth strategies for your cities
- Managing multiple projects in a short period
- Make all preparations to be successful in your cities
- Travel up to 90% of the time
Profile
- You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in consulting/business development/start-up or similar
- Open to travel often to have full local knowledge of your cities. You should be able to immerse yourself in any environment, network extensively and map the city out in a few days
- very hard working with a proven strong track record of excellent performance.
- Goal-oriented and autonomous
- Excellent Polish & English required
- Analytical skills
- Ability to balance the swift pace of execution with attention to detail
- The initiative, drive, and enthusiasm
- Experience in managing small teams will be valued
