For an international and well-known company in electronic manufacturing serviceswe are currently looking for a person to take the position of Business Development Manager for Poland. Our Client provides services within the scope of electronics production, including development and design, industrialization and manufacturing as well as service/repair and product upgrades dedicated to industrial segments: Defense, Aerospace, Energy, Telecoms, Industry, Medical devices and Offshore, Marine The company is a leading player in the main European countries, China and USA. In connection with a dynamic development the company has made a decision to open the factory in Poland.
The person we are currently looking forwill be responsible for developing, growing as well as building company’s position on the Polish market. Business Development Manager will identify new opportunities, gain new customers, conduct negotiations, analyzing the market and the activity of competitors. Moreover, the person will create and implement sales strategy on the market in close cooperation with Sales, Technical and R&D Departments. Candidate will be working in home office model.
We are looking for candidateswith min. 3-5 years with a significate experience CM/EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) sectorwith a wide technical knowledge in the field. Moreover a great knowledge of the Polish market in the scope of industrial customers (energy, aerospace, defence, medical, offshore, marine) will be necessary. Very welcome are candidates with higher technical education in electrical, electro electrical engineering, automation, building automation engineering or another related area. Very good knowledge of English is a must (contact with headquarters and abroad on daily basis). We are looking for candidates who are well-organized, independent, goal-oriented, communicative and ready to travel.
