Description
- Working with other BDM colleagues, ensuring we have a robust process in place to support the firms league table submissions, with responsibility to share regular communications with the team.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager - Marketing Operations to delivery function wide projects including exploring efficiencies, automation, and process improvement
- Consulting key stakeholders in BDM and the Practice to understand their business requirements and working closely with technical experts in Technology team to develop the necessary system-based solutions
- Proactively identifying projects aimed at enhancing the integrity of contact data in Client Book, defining and documenting the processes required and providing training to colleagues in the CRM Systems team to ensure efficient delivery
- Utilising in-depth knowledge of InterAction CRM and other CRM systems to explore the extent to which they can be configured or customised to be more responsive to challenges faced by the business
- Contributing subject matter expertise relating to Client Book and its potential applications to Technology projects involving future system implementations.
- Working closely with the Business Intelligence team to fully exploit Business Objects and other reporting platforms to deliver value-add CRM reports back to the business that inform BDM decisions and support global
Profile
- University degree
- Fluent English (C1)
- Proven experience working with InterAction CRM or similar system (Microsoft Dynamics) in a professional services context
- Strong understanding of data analysis and hands-on experience working with large volumes of data
- Intimate understanding of data protection regulations and how these relate to the handling of customer data in CRM systems
- Working knowledge of InterAction for Microsoft Outlook (IMO), IQ, Business Edge and other InterAction CRM modules
- Experience working on the rollout lifecycle of a CRM system implementation
- Experience creating CRM policies and processes to ensure compliance with upcoming GDPR legislation
- Experience managing integration between InterAction CRM and other third-party system
