Business Data Analyst

Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to join the Cracow team as a Business Data Analyst.
We are looking for creative and proactive individuals who are not afraid of sharing their ideas with other team members.
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess excellent collaboration, attention to detail and communication skills. Flexibility is key as the role may evolve with changing business needs
- Communicate regular status to management on a regular basis in both formal and informal environments
- Perform as a trusted advisor/business partner to the TS management team
- Focus on supporting the services portfolio, and driving operational excellence within the business
- Drive aspects of the business including but not limited to bookings, hold process and management reporting
Minimum qualifications:
- Preferably BA/MA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Maths, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong knowledge of BI tools and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Tableau, SPSS etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Superb communication skills, “can do” attitude and team player in a global environment
- Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment on complex projects with tight deadlines
