Our Client is a global company that deals with strategic and operational consultancy in Poland. The company is well-know and has a well-established position on the market. It has numerous offices located all around the world and it supports over 1000 experienced specialists in Poland. Its Clients use knowledge and experience of international experts whose ultimate goal is to improve Client's results.Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are currently looking for a person who would like to become a team player in the local team for our Client on an Business Coordinator position. The candidate will be responsible for basic administrative record keeping and coordination, support implementation and oversight of the Firm’s policy, support customer service in complying with the Firm’s policy.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional services environment
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role and familiarity with McKinsey ways of working are desirable
University degree; strong academic record
Ability to communicate clearly with all audiences; mature, confident demeanor in the face of pressure
Initiative and ownership
Ability to work well independently, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Demonstrated ability to build networks and to be resourceful in seeking out
best practices and support
Interest in risk topics and in learning
Fluent user of standard business systems - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes
Willing to work overtime as needed
