Currently for our Client – international company located in Gliwice, we are looking for Business Controller (for Europe) with English.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
-Supports the monthly management reporting (Cognos)
-Ensure that the compliance requirements are met, and that company’s policies and procedures are implemented, communicated and documented
-Provide internal economic consulting in projects and monitor business cases
-Implementation of a strong control environment
-Play an active role in preparation of budgets and forecasts and ensure that goals are achieved
Prepare management reports as well as ad-hoc analyses for the local and global management
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate should have previous experience in finance/controlling and knowledge of accounting/ budgeting/ cost controlling principles. We are looking for Candidates who had an opportunity to work in an international matrixed organization and with bachelor or master’s degree in area of finance. You should have strong problem solving and analytical skills. Very good English is a must.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Co-pilot of the sales, service and operational business in driving and executing the aligned business strategies and visions for South Europe
- Establish transparency, accountability and support the management with decision-making, fact-based, reliable, timely and easy to digest financial insights
- Ensure professional support in budgeting, planning, analyzing and reporting on the financial activities
- Continuously develop and refine the local financial forecasting processes, enabling solid perspectives on future business performances
- Support the organization in realization of the company’s vision and achieving strategic goals
- Supporting the finance organization in the region to achieve the next steps
- Before the full implementation of our Global Finance Operations organization, the following duties and responsibilities need to consider:
