Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will be working within the global change programme.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Business Consultant (logistics) you will be the expert in the field of Production and Operation. You are responsible for the gap analysis within the global ERP programme.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire business requirements within the supply chain environment
- Become the Subject Matter Expert within the transition team
- Perform gap analyses on an international level
- Implement new business processes
- Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team (Operations / Supply Chain / Finance / Sales)
- Ensure the implementation of standardised procedures
- Participate in global Change Programme
- Implement and test new technologies and ERP modules
- Change Management for several business units and end-users
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years' experience as Business Consultant with Logistics
- Excellent knowledge of Production, Packaging and Operations processes
- PRINCE2 certification or Project Management experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work at high strategic level until operational level
- Previous experience within multidisciplinary environments is a must
- Flexible personality and willingness to travel (50%)
- Thorough knowledge of ERP is a strong plus
- Previous experience in full life cycle ERP implementations is a strong plus
- Fluency in English and preferably French
