Location: remote / Warsaw
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Rate: 130-150 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Remote work: currently – 100% remote, after covid – hybrid model (office in Warsaw)

What will you do:
- Analyse and transfer business, user and technical needs into a business requirements specification, identifying options for potential solutions.
- Produce business cases and feasibility studies.
- Model and document the system Business Architecture, including value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.
- Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features to business architecture components.
- Communicate project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to stakeholders, in order to better provide rapid responses to business needs.
- Elicit needs, analyse requirements and write user stories.
- Maintain and track requirements during the systems lifecycle.
- Support business experts and product owners during the definition of requirements and the software development.
- Contribute to the systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
- Analyse existing business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysis.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains).
- Design, validate, benchmark and test business processes to achieve business process excellence through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Plan organizational changes to include new/improved business process.

What we expect from you:
- Deep understanding of how to develop a Business Architecture and its elements.
- MSc or higher education.
- At least 4 years hands-on experience in business analysis, participating at least in the full life cycle of 2 large software solutions as business analyst.
- Expert in requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Proficient in using systems modelling tools, in particular Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to document effectively.
- Problem solving skills.
