Business Analyst
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaResponsibilities:
- Work in the area of Credit Risk
- Work on US regulation programs and other US related credit risk requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders in defining business change requirements, and with the other key implementation stakeholders (IT, Finance, Front Office etc.) with the opportunity to lead a team of business analysts
- Lead Business Analysis Role with responsibility for other Business Analysts
- Defining Credit Risk System Changes to implement US Regulatory Changes
- Delivering key Credit Risk regulatory changes to support US activities
- Making mathematical business analysis
From the candidates we expect:
- Degree in business administration, finance and/or quantitative finance
- Strong business analysis skills and previous Business Analyst experience
- Understand Counterparty Credit Risk concepts
- Understand business processes, financial products, credit risk management and regulatory requirements
- Fair Understanding of Banking Risk Management practices and recommendations - Basel II and Basel III
- Excellent Data analysis skills with help of provided tools
- Proficient with MS Office applications - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and to create a team environment
- Good knowledge SQL queries
- Excellent spoken and written English
