Business Analyst

We are supporting the investment banking part of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) shared service function. CRCO IT designs, develops and supports the IT systems that measure and manage the market, credit and operational risk of the investment bank. The risks calculated by our systems are used in regulatory reporting, reporting to senior business and risk management and FO business leads.

The successful candidate will be working within the Credit Risk Reporting Vertical. This is a global delivery team of around 40 people based in Poland, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America.

CA (Credit Approvals) is the IB's global critical application for managing counterparty internal ratings & limits and breaches, without which the Bank would not be able to set and subsequently monitor against appropriate credit limits. The application has over 1,800 users globally and includes additional functions to manage trade approvals, excess approvals and pre-trade approval requests.

1. Design and development of business Change Requests according to specs provided by change team
2. Analyzing problems and issues found during QA and UAT phases and providing fixes for them
3. Supporting software developers by:

a. Performing business analysis and providing answers for Software developers enquiries

b. Providing specs to dev team

1. Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and break down complex issues and problems to come up with sound and rational judgements and solutions (preferably experience using UML and/or BPMN modeling methods)
2. Effectively elicit business and functional requirements and clearly document them within Jira/Confluence ecosystem (or other comparable tools)
3. Experienced with designing IT solutions for complex business problems, business processes, and bringing them to life
4. Effective communicator being able to manage key and numerous stakeholders well and make sure you deliver the intended business value to the clients

1. Scrum enthusiast and promotor of agile approach to others in the organization and foster collaboration with scalable scrum in mind,
2. Candidate with exposure to the Credit Risk environment would be ideal.
3. Proven experience in test design, tester responsibilities and understanding of how business integration tests are being facilitated
