Currently we are looking for experienced Business Analyst / Reporting Professional who will work with IT teams and external stakeholders to deliver the rollouts of new workflows and reporting solutions across multiple process areas and geographies within the business . Our Client is a leading asset management company, which operates for European markets and is expanding their structures internationally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Gather data and determine business requirements
- Design of BI-Reports and Dashboards according to clients’ needs and requirements across all asset classes,
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams;
- Create or improve interface systems by studying current practices; designing modifications, implementation, optimization and modification of the workflow
- Testing of new functionalities, including working with external partners
- Demonstrating initiative by suggesting improvements, discovering new and better ways of accomplishing goals, optimize and further develop existing reports and data interfaces,
- Participate in projects using agile methodologies
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in business analysis / reporting role on complex projects
- Experience in project management, process / solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities
- Very good knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments or in general experience in Banking / Investment Management area
- Proficient in MS Office (in particular Excel) and conventional information systems,
- Experience in Excel-VBA, Power Query, Microsoft Power BI would be a plus,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Fluency in English
