For our Client, well-known international company from financial industry located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role of Business Analyst.
Your new role
- Collating, preparing and analysing data sets
- Generating regular reports for management to support decision making
- Presenting analysis
- Identifying data quality issues and proposing solutions to resolve
- Working with the functional areas across IT Infrastructure Delivery to add business context to data & reporting
- Responding to one-off queries relating to workforce and financial governance
- Providing analytical support to global Business Management initiatives
- Continuous improvement of internal processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of analysing data sets and generating visual reports to summarise findings (2+ years)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience of identifying and investigating data quality issues
- Experience delivering excellent customer service and of proactively looking for ways to improve the service delivered to internal stakeholders
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel is a must (VBA additional advantage)
- Very good Power Point skills
- Experience developing and executing communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams
- Ability to deliver concise time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams
