Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- The Analyst will be responsible for being liaison between Delivery and Sales
- Lead recommendations for internal control improvements that may include operational enhancements or efficiencies, and implementation
- Assist in tracking and maintaining data for Project Profitability, Compliance, Accuracy, Governance at the project level
- Standardize and formalize definitions, calculations, metrics and matrices of specific tools
- Assist in driving global initiatives and project tracking and updates
- Assist in the development of time-spent and efficiency measures and reports
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Assist and guide the field on processes, systems and procedures
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed for management reporting and audit requirements

Requirements:
- Relevant working experience (Reporting, Accounting, Finance, Controlling), gained in an international oriented environment
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Advanced English skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good problem solving skill
- Independent and self-driven
